Computer વાપરતા સમયે તમે ઘણી વખત CMD અથવા Command Prompt નામ સાંભળ્યું હશે. CMD Windows માં આવેલું એક મહત્વનું tool છે, જેના દ્વારા આપણે commands લખીને computer સાથે વિવિધ કામ કરી શકીએ છીએ.

CMD શું છે?

CMD નું Full Form Command Prompt છે.

CMD એ Windows operating system નું Command-Line Interface (CLI) છે. તેમાં આપણે text commands લખીને computerને અલગ-અલગ instructions આપી શકીએ છીએ.

ઉપરની commandથી હાલના folderમાં રહેલી files અને foldersની list જોઈ શકાય છે.

CMD કેવી રીતે ખોલવું?

Method 1: Run દ્વારા

1. Keyboard પર Windows + R દબાવો.
2. Run box ખુલશે.
3. તેમાં cmd લખો.
4. Enter દબાવો.

Method 2: Start Menu દ્વારા

Windows Start Menu ખોલો અને Search માં Command Prompt અથવા CMD લખો. ત્યારબાદ Command Prompt ખોલો.

1. DIR Command

હાલના folderમાં રહેલી files અને folders જોવા માટે dir commandનો ઉપયોગ થાય છે.

2. CD Command

બીજા folderમાં જવા માટે:

cd Documents

3. CD.. Command

એક folder પાછળ જવા માટે:

cd..

4. CLS Command

CMD screen સાફ કરવા માટે:

cls

5. MKDIR Command

નવું folder બનાવવા માટે:

mkdir NewFolder

6. COPY Command

Fileની copy બનાવવા માટે:

copy file.txt D:\Backup\

7. REN Command

File અથવા folderનું નામ બદલવા માટે:

ren oldname.txt newname.txt

8. IPCONFIG Command

Computerની network અને IP information જોવા માટે:

ipconfig

વધુ information માટે:

9. PING Command

Internet અથવા network connection check કરવા માટે:

ping google.com

10. SYSTEMINFO Command

Computer અને Windowsની system information જોવા માટે:

systeminfo

11. TASKLIST Command

Computerમાં હાલમાં ચાલી રહેલા processes જોવા માટે:

tasklist

12. SFC /SCANNOW Command

Windowsની system filesમાં સમસ્યા છે કે નહીં તે તપાસવા માટે:

sfc /scannow

આ command ચલાવવા માટે ઘણી વખત Administrator Command Promptની જરૂર પડી શકે છે.

તેથી અજાણી command Internet પરથી જોઈને સીધી copy-paste કરીને ચલાવવી નહીં.
